Dominic Procter is a seasoned entrepreneur and outsourcing expert with a strong background in IT, software development, and engineering. His career began straight out of high school, working as a Field Services Engineer in his family business, where he quickly advanced into leadership roles managing teams that supported major clients including HP, Compaq, IBM, Tabcorp, and Lexmark.
With certifications from Compaq, HP, Novell, and Microsoft, Dominic went on to establish both a managed network services company and a digital agency, employing hundreds of technical staff across Australia over a span of 15 years. Facing a growing talent shortage and rising costs in the local market, he turned to global outsourcing solutions—testing providers in multiple regions before ultimately building a dedicated IT and digital team in the Philippines.
Recognizing the transformative benefits of offshore staffing, Dominic sold his businesses and became an investor and Business Development Manager at Outsourced, where he spent three years helping international clients successfully grow their remote teams. In 2016, he founded Quality Offshore Staffing (now Outsourced Staff), a company dedicated to building high-performing IT, software development, and engineering teams for clients around the world.
Today, as Founder, Dominic continues to drive the company’s strategic vision, helping businesses leverage global talent to scale efficiently, reduce costs, and achieve sustainable growth.
