Mr. Roland Peter Napoleon “Nap” Darroca is the new Business Development Manager at Accentline and one of the pioneers of the Philippine call center industry. With over 23 years of experience in BPO operations, Nap has led teams across top American and Canadian retail, telecommunications, financial, and customer service accounts.
He began his career in 2002 as a top-performing telemarketing agent at Contactworld in Ortigas and steadily advanced to an Operations Manager role at Sitel (now Foundever). In 2016, Nap returned to his hometown of Iloilo City, where he held key positions at major BPO companies such as Reed Elsevier, Iqor Philippines, Concentrix, and Carelon before joining Accentline.
Beyond work, Nap is a devoted father, a basketball enthusiast who enjoys coaching and playing, and an avid traveler who loves exploring both local and Asian destinations.
