Adrian Gerard C. Agoncillo brings over 20 years of experience in business process outsourcing, recruitment, and HR operations. He started his career in the BPO industry in 2003, where he built deep expertise in operations management, service delivery, and supporting global clients—laying the groundwork for his practical, results-driven approach to outsourcing and scale.
As his career evolved, Adrian moved into recruitment and HR outsourcing, leading teams that support U.S.-based staffing and healthcare organizations. His leadership focuses on building high-performing delivery teams, leveraging data to drive performance, and designing service models that deliver speed without compromising quality or compliance.
He currently serves as Vice President at 24-Hour HR Process Outsourcing, where he oversees operations, service delivery, and strategic initiatives across affiliate companies. Adrian works closely with both clients and internal stakeholders to align people, process, and technology, helping organizations grow efficiently while adapting to the changing HR and talent landscape.
